Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026 · Governing Law: Ontario, Canada
1. Nature of Service
This tool generates a draft documentation template based on the requirements of EU AI Act Annex IV and Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The output is an AI-generated starting point intended to assist you in preparing technical documentation. It is not a finished legal document.
2. Not Legal Advice
The operator of this service is not a lawyer. Nothing provided by this tool constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed through your use of this service. You must review any generated documentation with qualified legal counsel or a certified EU AI Act compliance professional before submitting it to any regulatory authority, notified body, or competent authority.
3. No Guarantee of Compliance
We make no representation or warranty that documentation generated by this tool will satisfy the requirements of any regulatory authority, pass any conformity assessment, or protect you from enforcement action under the EU AI Act or any other regulation. Compliance is your responsibility.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific service purchased (e.g. $39 USD for the Article 50 Transparency Compliance Record, $49 USD for the Exemption Memo, or $197 USD for the Full Compliance Pack). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
5. Refund Policy
If you have any issue with your generated documents, contact us at euaiactdocs@gmail.com and we will regenerate them at no charge. If the issue is structural in nature and we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, we will refund you in full. We do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the instant digital delivery of AI-generated content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including any rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). In the event of a dispute, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the Member State in which you are domiciled.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
